It has never been easier to make an appointment at the best salon in your area.

1. Access the Stailer platform, select whether you are interested in services for women or men, then choose the type of service available from the list (haircut/coloring/eyebrow shaping, etc.). Optionally, you can select the date and time you desire for an appointment. With a click on the 'Search' button, you will instantly access the best results for you.

2. Choose the salon you prefer, the stylist you want to go to, and then 'Add the service' that interests you. Confirm the selected service, date, and time through the 'Continue' button.

3. Complete the appointment by providing your name and phone number or by logging into your account (with a password/through Facebook). If you don't have a client account, you can create one quickly and easily without leaving the page or create an appointment without having an account. Click 'Confirmation,' and your appointment is ready! (If you made an appointment without creating an account, you will need to enter your phone number, and then you will receive an SMS with the confirmation code).

Depending on how you made an appointment, you have two options to cancel it.

1. I made an appointment from my Stailer account → Log into your account and cancel any appointment at any time.

2. I made an appointment without creating a Stailer account → When you confirmed the appointment, you received a link via SMS. Access that link to cancel the scheduled appointment.

For any appointment made with the help of Stailer, you have nothing to pay. Everything is free.

Upon completing the appointment, you can choose the time when we will send you a reminder by SMS about your appointment.

If a stylist cancels your appointment, we will send you an SMS to notify you of this.

Of course! You just need to make sure that when you complete the appointment, you provide the phone number of the person for whom you are making the appointment. In a maximum of 2 minutes, we will send your friend a code that they will need to pass on to you. Once you have the code, enter it on the appointment confirmation page, and you're all set.

If you enter your own number, you will receive that confirmation code instead.
